Tân Cảng A8 tugboat provided towage services for a vessel with tonnage more than 50,000 tons at Ca Na Seaport for the first time
For the first time, Ca Na General Seaport (in Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province) has received a cargo ship of more than 53,000 tons to dock and load more than 40,000 tons of goods to transport to Singapore.
At noon on June 26, a bulk carrier named MV VOSCO UNITY (Flag: Viet Nam - tonnage of 53,552 tons) arrived at Ca Na General Seaport to load about 40,880 tons of granite powder from the local An Khanh mine for export to Singapore. Tan Cang Northern Maritime Company (TCM) thus deployed the Tan Cang A8 tugboat to participate in towing the M/V VOSCO UNITY to safely dock the berth.
