Rescue 2 crews drifting near bouy 4 at Hai Phong sea area

The two tugboat Tan Cang 99 and Tan Cang A8 were on a voyage missions to Thai Binh then discovered two seafarers wearing life jackets and floating at buoy No. 4 in Hai Phong area. Their vessel was sank and caused the 2 seafarers drifting at sea.

Tan Cang A8 tugboat dropped a buoy to approach 2 seafarers while Tan Cang 99 tugboat hedged the waves and rescued them under the heavy rain. Both seafarers were rescued and brought back safely to the shore.
