In order to ensure the ships successfully complete their towing, rescue, and 24/7 watchkeeping duties, TCM's tugboat fleet always puts technical assurance on top.

TCM crew members always believe that the tugboat is the "house" and the engine is the "heart", the "life" of the house. The captains always actively organize, inspect the cleaning and repair of machinery under management, especially the machine systems at the control center, main engine, auxiliary machine... In particular, the tugboats always do well in technical assurance, have contingency plans for each situation to deploy specific emegency measures and prepare backup genuine equipment.

In particular, the Azimuth tugboat fleet is equipped with many specialized equipment, so maintenance of equipment is neccasary under strict standards,as well as updating and adjusting parameters according to technical requirements.

The crew members also regularly organize training on handling plans, ensure safety rules and intensive maintenance of equipment and the performance of all assigned tasks.
