On March 17 2024, Tan Cang Northern Maritime JSC gathered in Nha Trang to participate in the Seminar about Corporate Culture in Digital Age. The seminar has the participation of the Chairman, General Directors and all employees of Tan Cang Offshore Services (TCO) and member companies. The discussion had the participation of speaker Msc. Tran Bang Viet.
Corporate culture forms and develops in parallel with the development process of the business, not simply a communication culture but also including core values, rules, management styles, business methods.and the behavior and attitudes of all members of the enterprise. The importance of corporate culture is promoted when it helps businesses adapt to changes in the external environment, especially in times of crisis. But in reality, not every business knows how to overcome the crisis to move forward in a marketplace with plenty of barriers. That is the reason for the birth of the seminar on "Corporate culture in the digital age"
