Vietnam Maritime Corporation and Saigon Newport Corporation signed the cooperation agreement
On July 20, Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) and Vietnam Maritime Corporation (VIMC) signed and handed over a comprehensive cooperation memorandum of understanding in Da Nang City, opening up opportunities for cooperation between two leading Vietnamese enterprises in the field of maritime business.
SNP and VIMC are two of the State-owned Enterprises with the highest operating efficiency in the period 2020-2023 and are both key and core enterprises of Vietnam's Maritime industry in the marine economic sector.

Accordingly, at the ceremony, leaders of both sides discussed and agreed on cooperation contents, specifically on optimizing seaport capacity, national logistics, providing comprehensive logistics solutions, developing the national fleet of vessels and developing human resources. Through this cooperation, the two businesses expect to create a new breakthrough in the field of logistics and shipping in Vietnam, contributing to promoting the development of import and export activities as well as national economic growth.
