TCM attends the meeting between EuroCham's Transportation & Logistics Committee and Haiphong Customs Department
On April 13th 2023, EuroCham's Transportation and Logistics Sector Committee (TLSC) held a dialogue with the Hai Phong Customs Department to discuss customs policies and administrative procedures in Hai Phong.
Present at the meeting from the Hai Phong Customs Department were Director Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Deputy Director Tran Manh Hung, Representatives of relevant departments and customs branches. European business representatives in attendance included: Mr. Minh Nguyen - EuroCham Vice-Chair, Mr. Hans Kerstens, Vice-Chair of the TLSC and Eurocham members including Tan Cang Northern Maritime JSC (TCM).
During the courtesy meeting with the Hai Phong Customs Department authority, EuroCham’s TLSC introduced activities and visions of the Committee, presented and discussed key contents of promoting cooperation and consultation in the improvement of the business environment in Hai Phong.
Since becoming EuroCham’s official member from 2022, TCM has always taken opportunities to participate in seminars and events organized by EuroCham to strengthen relationships, increase exposure to foreign businesses with a view to expanding the market and bring our enterprise to reach the international level.
